Rocky was adopted in August 2019 at just 8 weeks old.
Our family had been thinking about adopting a smaller dog after watching our friend’s dog and seeing how much our boys loved her. We saw Rocky’s profile on Petfinder and just fell in love with his sweet face!
He warmed up to us right away. He was so small but went right up to our yellow lab and initiated play with him on his very first day with us! He only woke us up during the night for the first two nights and has slept through ever since. He has learned to play fetch and loves for us to throw his little toys, either in the house our outside. At bed time or nap time he curls up in our 3-year-old’s bed and helps me put him to sleep.
He loves to play with his big furbrother, Odin, and snuggle with his two human brothers. He is so sweet and we love him to pieces!
Rocky is so special to us, we are very happy we made the decision to adopt Rocky! The process was so easy and we felt supported by K9Kare the whole way through.
